No, but I once tried Prozac (fluoxetine) and was running around like a headless turkey all morning. I have ME, so later that day I was flat on my back. I don’t take ANY drugs any more.   John Thornley To err is human, to forgive is out of the question.

        I had trouble with lithium and effexor.  I think it was a response to the effexor and had nothing to do with the lithium.  I became very aggitated and had auditory hallucinations.  I never had this problem before the effexor or since.  My shrink says it is typical for MDs to have bad responses to SRIs.  I am not on anything now and ame fine.  I still have mood swings but not to the extreme that it is a problem.     Jenny

It may be just the Paxil that is doing this. I had the same problem until the dosage was increased. Currently we are trying to find an anti-anxiety that will work with the Paxil-tegretol combo I am currently on. Good luck! Greg
